ZKLF ZKLN bearings installation warm note,
1. ZKLN, ZKLF series bearings are strictly matched and assembled as a whole. Therefore, do not separate the inner ring parts during installation and disassembly.
2. When installing and disassembling the bearing, pls don’t use force excessively.
The assembly force must be transmitted through the ring (never through the rolling element or the sealing ring), otherwise it will cause plastic deformation in the rolling contact system.
3. In the case of using matching bearings, arrange the individual bearings in order with each other, and mark the bearing outer ring to make the bearings aligned.
4. Use precision lock nut and proper tightening torque (the tightening torque of ZKLF2575.2RS is 25Nm)
5. The bearing is sealed with plastic bag. If you take accessories out of the bag, pls immediately wrap the remaining accessories with plastic bag.
