Needle Bearings Structure:
Needle bearings are roller bearings with cylindrical rollers. The rollers are thin and long relative to their diameter. This kind of roller is called a needle roller. Although the bearing has a small cross-section, the bearing still has a high load bearing capacity. Needle bearing is equipped with thin and long rollers, so the radial structure is compact, and its inner diameter and load capacity are the same as other types of bearings.
Needle roller bearings are especially suitable for supporting structures with limited radial installation dimensions.
Neelde roller bearings are widely used in variable speed devices, for example, automobiles, tillers, machine tools, etc.
Features:
1. The outer ring of the drawn cup needle roller bearing adopts interference static fit with the bearing box, and does not require an axial fixing device.
It can ensure its flexible working performance even under high-speed and heavy-load conditions.
2. The advanced principle of drawn cup needle roller bearings is that the body has a large sealing grease volume, which can be left without lubrication for a long time.
Due to the high temperature lubrication interval, it can ensure long-term operation without worry.
3. Occupies a small space, which is conducive to the compact design of the machine.
Drawn cup needle roller bearings generally do not need an inner ring, because of its reasonable design, IR type inner ring can usually be used.
4. Drawn cup needle roller bearings are divided into two ends of the bearing perforated (HK type) and one end of the bearing closed type (BK type).
5. One end of the sealed type bearing of the drawn cup needle roller bearing is sealed, which is suitable for the shaft end and can withstand small axial free force.
